1. Type of personal data

We collect your personal information for statistical reasons and to provide a service to third parties for advertisement reasons.

The types of personal information we collect are:

-          First name

-          Family name

-          Email address

-          Any other information you could give us (sector, job title etc.)

In addition, when connecting to our website, computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website itself, indirectly we acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical surveys and will not be linked directly or indirectly to the users.

2. Purpose of data processing

As stated in paragraph 1. , we collect personal data for statistical purposes and to provide a database of information to third parties for advertisement reasons.

Your personal data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to prepare the statistics or to share within third parties and will then be deleted within 5 years from receipt of your last email.

Your data will be treated only by a limited number of employees or associates duly authorized by the Data Controller according to the GDPR regulation. All these persons or entities have received detailed instructions and are committed to confidentiality.

You can contact anytime the Data Controller at the email address info@italix.net, in order to ask for access, correction, cancellation, limitation, opposition and transfer of your personal data and information according to the GDPR regulation.

You can also make a complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data if you think that your personal data and information have been processed unlawfully.
